What affects the price
- Carpet size — larger rooms and open-plan spaces take longer.
- Soiling level — heavy traffic lanes and neglected carpets need more pre-treatment.
- Fibre type — wool and delicate natural fibres typically cost more to treat than synthetic carpet.
- Stain or odour treatment — pet urine, wine, curry and other problem stains need targeted work.
Furniture moving is included as standard. Sofas, rugs, mattresses and commercial jobs are priced individually — tell us what you have and we’ll give you a clear number.
No surprises on the day
Your price is agreed before we book anything in, based on the rooms, carpet type and any stains you tell us about. The price on the day matches what we quoted — no inflated “from” price that changes when we arrive.

Is there a minimum charge?
Small jobs are welcome. If a minimum call-out applies to your job, we’ll tell you when we quote — never on the day.
Do you charge extra for moving furniture?
No. Moving furniture is included as standard. Very large or fixed items, such as fitted wardrobes, are cleaned around.
Can I get one price for several rooms and a sofa?
Yes. Most customers book several items together — send us the list and we’ll give you one clear price.
