What we clean
Every job starts with the same question: what is this made of? Wool, synthetic, velvet, leather and cotton all behave differently when they get wet, so we match the method to the material rather than running one process on everything.
- Carpet cleaning — hot water extraction matched to the fibre
- Sofa & upholstery cleaning — fabric, velvet and leather
- Rug cleaning — wool rugs to synthetic runners
- Mattress cleaning — dust mites, allergens and mould treatment
- End of tenancy cleaning — fixed price, with a completion record
- Commercial carpet cleaning — offices, shops and lettings
Not sure which service you need, or want a price for multiple items at once? See our full pricing guide or just get in touch — we’ll work it out together.
How the job works
- You get a quote — based on rooms, carpet type and any stains you flag. The price on the day matches what we quoted.
- We assess on arrival — checking fibre type and problem areas, and telling you honestly if a stain won’t fully lift.
- Pre-treatment — soiled and stained areas are treated before the main clean, not left to extraction alone.
- Hot water extraction — the deep-clean method that flushes dirt and residue out of the pile.
- Drying time — we’ll tell you what to expect for your specific carpet and room before we leave.
Why choose Fresh Fibre Cleaning
- Manchester-based, covering Greater Manchester and Cheshire — not a national call centre booking a subcontractor.
- Fully insured carpet and upholstery cleaning.
- Furniture moving included as standard, not charged extra.
- Fixed, honest pricing agreed before work starts — no “from” price that changes on the day.
- Different methods for different fibres — wool and delicate natural materials are never treated the same as synthetic carpet.
- Responsible wastewater disposal through foul drainage, not poured down surface or storm drains.
- Honest about limitations — we tell you when a stain won’t fully lift, rather than guaranteeing 100% removal on every job.
